17/1/2000 LIVE SHOW TO BE AIRED ON ROCK RADIO NETWORK On Tuesday 19th January Rock Radio Network will be playing a live recording of the Fear of Fear gig at the London Astoria 2 in December, including some brand new tracks not heard before. So fire up your RealAudio player and listen to Urchin Z & Robin's 'Club Vibe' at www.rocknetwork.com between 8pm and 10pm GMT on Tuesday and listen out! 2/1/2000 NEW RELEASE DRAWS NEAR HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE! Well, not long to go now till our new CD is released on January 31st. We can now reveal it'll be a 9-track CD featuring our original recording which has been digitally remastered and now sounds fabulous. It'll also have three live tracks from the LA2 gig we played last month, FSSSHHT (erm, I think that's how you spell it!), All Shook Up and What. It will also feature a multimedia video clip which you will be able to play on your PC or Mac. These new tracks can be previewed here as soon as I manage to upload them. Click here for full details and directions. 17/12/1999 "FAMILYAR" PLAYLISTED ON XFM I just got a phone call from XFM and they've decided to put Familyar on their N1 playlist, which means we're listed for night-time play - after 7pm. So I guess that means you'll be hearing a fair bit of Fear of Fear over the coming weeks...! You can listen to Xfm on 104.9FM, Satellite Radio Channel 924, or live on the net at www.xfm.co.uk. 9/12/1999 LISTEN TO XFM Why? Because you just might hear some Fear Of Fear on it this week - that's why. If you listen you should be able to hear one of the new tracks from the CD before it's released on January 31st. Print off your own flyer to get cheaper admission to the gig. Full details here. 14/11/1999 FEAR OF FEAR CDs AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE SOON We're currently talking about a worldwide distribution deal with a certain distribution company you should all know and love. This means you should be seeing our CDs - and other Fear Family Assassins recordings in the shops quite soon. An official announcement will be made as soon as it's cast in stone and the CDs are in the shops. 19/9/1999 PUNK AID We just played our first gig as a five piece with new guitarist Ferenc - who recently joined from Conflict - on the last day of this Punk Aid weekender in sunny Westcliff-on-Sea! Other bands on the bill were Napalm Death, One Way System and our good friends Labrat. I'm told we were reviewed by a fanzine and got 10/10 - just waiting for a copy of the review to arrive...
